Pastor Jon was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.  He met Jesus and was filled with the Holy Spirit in 1975. He graduated from Elim Bible Institute in Lima, New York in 1985, and also met his wife Phyllis there. Jon and Phyllis were married in 1985 and moved to Pittsburgh where they worked full time jobs, pioneered a junior and senior high ministry, taught high school Bible classes at Faith Community Christian School and attended Word of Faith Seminary. After completing his studies he was ordained in 1989. In 1990 Jon received Associate Ordination through Elim Fellowship of Lima, New York. Also, in 1990, God led Jon and Phyllis to Oxford, Michigan where he became the full time Youth Pastor at Christ the King Church. After 8 years as the Youth Pastor at Christ the King Church , God led Jon and Phyllis to pioneer a church in Romeo, Michigan in January of 1999.  Pastor Jon received ordination through Elim Fellowship in 1996, was made the Michigan Area Representative for Elim Fellowship in 2002 and then became Midwest Regional Director in 2003.  Jon and Phyllis have two children, a daughter, Taylor and a son, Daniel.  Pastor Jon has a passion to see all believers walking in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit of God, to fulfill the call of God upon their lives.
