Pastor Jon was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.  He met Jesus and was filled with the Holy Spirit in 1975.  He graduated from Elim Bible Institute in Lima, New York in 1985, where he also met his wife Phyllis.

Jon and Phyllis were married in 1985 and moved to Pittsburgh where they worked full time jobs, pioneered a junior and senior high ministry, taught high school Bible classes at Faith Community Christian School and attended Word of Faith Seminary.

After completing his studies, Jon was ordained in 1989.  He received Associate Ordination through Elim Fellowship of Lima, New York in 1990.  In that same year, God led Jon and Phyllis to Oxford, Michigan where he became the full time Youth Pastor at Christ the King Church.  In January 1999, after 8 years as the Youth Pastor, God led Jon and Phyllis to pioneer a church in Romeo, Michigan.  

Pastor Jon received ordination through Elim Fellowship in 1996 and was made the Michigan Area Representative for Elim Fellowship in 2002.  He then became Midwest Regional Director in 2003. 

Jon and Phyllis have two children, a daughter, Taylor and a son, Daniel.  Pastor Jon has a passion to see all believers walking in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit of God, to fulfill the call of God upon their lives.
