The PELT is made up of appointed Family Members of River of God Community Church, whether male of female, married or single, with a call of God upn their lives to shepard and oversee the Body of Christ.

The appointed members of the PELT have publicly recognized the call of God upon their lives, function in one or more of the five-fold ministry offices of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and/or teacher, and may be licensed and/or ordained ministries.  The biblical qualifications for being a PELT member can be found in Ephesians 4:11, 1 Timothy 3:1-7, and

Titus 1:5-9.

The function of the PELT is in these primary areas: first, it is the spiritual covering, spiritual authority, and had the spiritual responsibility for the Family Members of River of God Community Church; second, it is to recognize the calling and gifts of God upon others in the Body of Christ and to release those into ministry; third, the PELT is available for spiritual counsel and insight to the Friends and Neighbors of River of God Community Church; and fourth, PELT members may function as the officers of the corporation known as River of God Community Church Incorporated. 

The purpose of the PELT is to stand in agreement to carry and relay the vision and the priorities that God has given River of God Community Church.
